SSS LONDON regularly acquires undervalued properties through auction, using detailed due diligence and targeted refurbishment to unlock their potential.

In one acquisition, we secured a property for £655,000 and completed a light refurbishment with minimal capital expenditure.

The asset is now valued in excess of £1.1 million—an uplift of more than £445,000, or approximately 68% against the purchase price. The property continues to appreciate by approximately around 7.6% of its original purchase price. Projects of this nature form a core part of our annual acquisition and investment strategy.
